The new left-hand watch, reference 5373P-001, will be produced in small batches, with a 38.3 mm diameter platinum case, the same size as Ref. 5372.

Despite such an unusual choice of placement of the two buttons, this new "left-handed" Patek maintains its timeless elegance and showcases a polished concave bezel that blends beautifully with the slightly domed sapphire crystal.

Below it we find a modern and sporty dial that stands out with its display (counter and window) rotated by 180°.
